Futurestep is currently experiencing rapid growth in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business. As a result we have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to join one of our expanding teams, based onsite with a key client in North Sydney.

Our client is committed to achieving continued business success through innovative talent acquisition. As a leader within this onsitesolution you will be passionate about talent acquisition and will drive the implementation of candidate sourcing and recruitment strategy to ensure that the team delivers a strong talent pool of candidates to meet current and future business requirements.

This role is 2IC to the Solution Leader and is pivotal to the success of the solution. It is likely that you are currently a Team Leader in a recruitment environment, or seeking to move into your first people management role. You will bring excellent project leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders.

The Role:

  • Develop the strategic sourcing framework creating talent pipelines to provide the organisation with a leading competitive edge
  • Manage the Recruitment Operations team ensuring the team achieves its KPIs and executes sourcing activities within the budgetary framework
  • Work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to understand business critical hires and recruitment needs
  • Drive process improvement in the execution of recruitment activities
  • Conduct quarterly quality audits and lead continuous improvement initiatives

The Requirements:

  • Track record in development and delivery of proactive and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to successful conclusion
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to analyse the effectiveness of current activity, and provide meaningful and regular reports to the business
  • Degree qualified in a business/HR related discipline; a background in the industrial sector highly regarded
