The Position 1. Devote to effectively manage and expand company’s business in Hong Kong 2. Optimize the achievement of volume, sales revenue and product freshness targets through managing the performance of key accounts. Plan and devise business systems to ensure effective management of sales performance, sales forecast, order placements, inventory levels and stock rotations in compliance with pricing guidelines, distribution and freshness targets, trading terms and selling expenses budget 3. Create awareness and demand for company’s brands by working closely with brand management team on the development of program details to ensure accurate interpretation of brand strategies and application 4. Develop annual and medium term budget in accordance with guidelines on brand strategies 5. Review & improve profitability of respective key accounts from time to time 6. In close coordination with the Trade Marketing Manager, conduct detailed analyses of market intelligence on competitive strategies and practices to help shape company strategies and support accurate assessment of market situation and recommendations of pricing 7. Manage negotiation of trading terms and ensure implementation and compliance of all terms and sales promotion programs in all points of sales 8. Contribute to the development and strengthening of company’s brand names by participating in new product launches, thematic and tactical marketing programs for specific brands 9. Protect brand integrity, image and minimize loss on returned and damaged goods by resolving customer’s complaints, provide training and guidelines and monitoring key accounts’ handling of company products - warehousing, transportation, product display - working closely with the trade level in communicating the company’s merchandising standard and freshness program to key accounts 10. Ensure operational efficiency by working closely with supervisors on daily issues, liaison on the coordination and integration of activities with related parties like the logistics providers both from within and outside of the company, recommending on improvements to work systems and procedures, and participating in relevant projects and assignments The Requirements 1. Bachelor degree and above 2. About 8-10 years’ sales experience in FMCG sector, ideally with minimum 5 years in Key customer management preferably in the Modern Retail Trade 3. Experience of Trade marketing , Brand activation is preferred Applicants must have current and valid documentation to live and work in China.
